Take into consideration that all of our products are made from scratch and in small batches. It can take 7-10 days at times to process your order once placed. This is not an uncommon time frame for normal orders. Please note that some orders may process more quickly.
Be sure to add additional ice packs to your order in hot months. Hayward Gourmet will only replace melted fudge IF ice packs were ordered with your order In summer months there may be an additional handling charge to orders with fudge or taffy for ice packs!
